Yes. We are Loan Signing System (LSS) Certified Agents, NNA Certified Signing Agents, background screened, and commissioned Arizona Notaries Public.

Yes. By appointment, we offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, based on availability and the needs of the appointment.
What identification is needed for a notarization or loan signing?
Borrowers should have an acceptable government-issued photo ID available at the signing appointment. Identification requirements can vary depending on the documents and the hiring party’s instructions, so we confirm any special requirements before the appointment whenever possible.
Do you provide scanbacks when required?
Yes. We provide prompt scanbacks when requested and carefully review the completed package before returning documents according to your instructions.

How quickly are completed loan documents returned?
We follow the hiring party’s instructions for returning completed loan documents and provide prompt scanbacks when required. When shipping is required, documents are prepared for return promptly following the signing appointment.
