AZ Quill & Pen Mobile Notary provides mobile notary and loan signing services throughout our service area. By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge the following terms.

Notarial Services
Our notaries perform notarial acts in accordance with applicable Arizona law. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, select documents for clients, prepare legal documents, or advise clients regarding the legal effect of a document. Questions concerning the preparation, meaning, or legal effect of a document should be directed to a qualified attorney or the document's issuing party.

Identification and Notarization Requirements
The person requesting notarization must personally appear before the notary and satisfy all identification and other requirements applicable to the requested notarial act. A notary may decline or be unable to complete a notarization when legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Documents
Clients are responsible for providing the documents to be notarized and for ensuring that they are complete and ready for notarization. We do not determine whether a document is legally sufficient or appropriate for a client's particular circumstances.

Loan Signing Services
When performing loan signing assignments, we present documents and facilitate signatures as instructed by the hiring company, lender, title or escrow company, or other authorized party. We do not explain or provide advice concerning loan terms and will refer questions regarding those terms to the appropriate party.

Appointments, Travel and Fees
Fees may include charges for notarial acts as permitted by Arizona law as well as separately disclosed travel or other service fees when applicable. Pricing, including any applicable travel or service fees, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before the appointment.

Cancellations and Unsuccessful Appointments
Please notify us as soon as possible if an appointment must be changed or canceled. A previously disclosed travel or service fee may apply when we have traveled to an appointment that cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on this website; however, website information is provided for general informational purposes and may change. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice.

Limitation of Responsibility
AZ Quill & Pen Mobile Notary is responsible for performing its notarial and signing services with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable requirements. We are not responsible for the content, legal effect, preparation, or accuracy of documents supplied by clients or third parties, or for decisions and actions of lenders, title companies, government agencies, or other third parties.

Privacy
Personal information provided to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
